Service Description

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT - Please arrive with your hair and hair extensions clean, free of any thread, detangled, no products added, dry, and ready to install or an extra fee will be required to complete those services. - No burns, sores, scabs, or rashes on the scalp. - Do not over grease hair for your appointment deposits - A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your appointment. - remaining balance can be paid with Cash, Zelle, CashApp, or PayPal only GUESTS - Please no extra guests due to covid-19 (this is including additional kids) - Kid’s appointments are allowed one parent only - For kids, please bring a snack & iPad/tablet for entertainment FOOD - Snacks & small drinks with solid lids are allowed as long as the scent isn't strong. - No dinners (example rice & chicken) & no snacks that will leave crumbs everywhere (example: beef patties) - All braiding hair is purchased upon arrival. I only use the braiding hair that is sold by me. I will not use any braiding hair that is brought from an outside source. LATE / RESCHEDULE / CANCELLATION - If running more than 10 minutes late appointment will be canceled if I’m not notified within 20 minutes before your appointment. (Please call or text! No DMs!) - Rescheduling appointments allowed if its 24 hours or more before the appointment - No call/no show can result in no future appointments
