Service Description

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT -Braiding hair is included (free of charge) - Please arrive with your hair and hair extensions clean, free of any thread, detangled, no products added, dry, and ready to install or an extra fee will be required to complete those services. - No burns, sores, scabs or rashes on scalp. - Do not over grease hair for your appointment - A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. - remaining balance can be paid with Cash, Zelle, CashApp, or Paypal only GUESTS - Please no extra guests due to covid-19 (this is including additional kids) - Kids appointments are allowed one parent only - For kids, please bring a snack & iPad/tablet for entertainment FOOD - Snacks & small drinks with solid lids are allowed as long as the scent isn't strong. - No dinners (example rice & fish) & no snacks that will leave crumbs everywhere (example beef patties) - I will not use any braiding hair that is brought from an outside source. LATE / RESCHEDULE / CANCELLATION - If running more than 10 minutes late appointment will be cancelled if I’m not notified within 20 minutes before your appointment. (Please call or text! No DMs!) - Rescheduling appointments allowed if its 24 hours or more before appointment - No call/no show can result to no future appointments
